Since its founding in 1983, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks has paired children with adult mentors in the Ozarks. Today, the non-profit organization serves over 600 children in 20 counties in southwest Missouri.

We have been working with PCCG for almost 2 years at Command Family Medicine and they have helped make major improvements in our processes/systems! Prior we were flying by the seat of our pants for 4-5 years and it worked for a while when he had only 1-2 employees. That strategy stopped working as we continued to grow though.
