Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the main point of contact with our clients to facilitate and implement systems, services, and methodologies while utilizing the People Centric High Performance Culture Framework. At its core, a successful engagement specialist should be adept at engaging people. A traditional consultant analyzes, tells, and then leaves the execution of the change to the client. The engagement specialist is an expert at making the change happen by walking with the client.
Primary Functions of the Position – Key Responsibilities & Duties
Provide the following for our clients:
- Understand, utilize and strategically drive a client through the People Centric Framework
- Has the ability to win others over quickly to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Collect information about the business through conversations, surveys, shadowing and / or interviews
- Interpret situations to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
- Engage in difficult or crucial conversations
- Detect issues and investigate ways to resolve them
- Assess pros and cons of possible strategies for clients
- Facilitate group conversations by asking insightful questions that help others chart their own path
- Organize and execute assigned projects
- Comfortable speaking in public to groups of people and handle unexpected questions or challenges from participants
- Develop and implement new procedures or trainings for the client
- Coordinate multiple projects, teams, and resources smoothly and effectively
- Work with Engagement Manager to develop best strategies for client
- Track client projects and keep People Centric staff up-to-date with all client interactions
- Compile and present information orally, visually, and in writing
- Submit regular reports and other deliverables to clients about company health, new initiatives, insights, and systems and process installations
- Able to thrive in an environment with shifting client expectations and strategies

Academic, Certifications & Trade Qualifications
A college degree or over 2 years of experience in business, finance, management, administration, organizational communication, or other related fields.
Work Experience, Skills & Strengths
Applicants are required to have the following work experience, skills and strengths:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to diffuse emotional situations and provide clarity to all parties
- Working knowledge of general business practices
- Interact professionally with client executives, managers, and employees
- Facilitate conversations and drive results
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products and willing to adapt to new technologies
- Reliable transportation necessary
- Travel out of town is required

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
