We have all seen the science and data that show strong cultures impact everything from decreased safety incidents to improved customer service scores, increased employee engagement, and even higher profits. At People Centric we wanted to use the science and the data and engineer a way to build a better culture. We quickly learned that companies can change cultures by changing the systems within a culture: people, communication, management, process, and strategy. These systems make up the People Centric Framework. During our pathfinder process, we will review each of the 5 systems in your organization to determine the company’s biggest areas of strength and biggest areas of opportunity.
