Don Harkey has become the CEO of People Centric, replacing Randy Mayes, effective February 1, 2018. Randy Mayes has sold his interest in the company, leaving Don Harkey as the sole shareholder. The company has also promoted Diana Day to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
