Since its founding in 1983, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks has paired children with adult mentors in the Ozarks. Today, the non-profit organization serves over 600 children in 20 counties in southwest Missouri.

We have been working with PCCG for almost 2 years at Command Family Medicine and they have helped make major improvements in our processes/systems! Prior we were flying by the seat of our pants for 4-5 years and it worked for a while when he had only 1-2 employees. That strategy stopped working as we continued to grow though. What they have helped implement will set us up to continue to succeed as we expand. They are also helping us with playing the Great Game of Business and we couldn’t have done it without them!
